Onimusha: Way of the Sword Hozuki Pouch Locations
Find all four special Oni Cloths and five Skeleton Hozuki, upgrade every pouch, and complete the Medical Marvel trophy before the finale.

The Medical Marvel route uses nine location items: four special Oni Cloths that unlock Regeneration, Aggressor, Resistance and Awakening pouches, plus five Skeleton Hozuki used for final enhancements. The Default pouch begins its upgrade path during Patching up the Pouch.

The Awakening pouch can only be received after defeating Shuten Doji. If the route or reward is not available, advance the story rather than repeatedly searching the same courtyard.

How to unlock Medical Marvel
Collecting the nine location items is only the first half. Medical Marvel requires every pouch to reach its maximum level.
Before the finale:
- Confirm all four special pouch variants are visible.
- Confirm all five Skeleton Hozuki have been collected.
- Revisit Yorimasa after major missions for material stock.
- Finish the remaining Fine Silk Cloth, Tamahagane and boss-material requirements.
- Apply every final enhancement rather than stopping when the variants are unlocked.
